Freezer Meals

The hubbie has knee surgery tomorrow so we need some dinner planned for the next couple of weeks.  I read up on freezer meals.  Meaning you do all the prep work throw it in the bag and freeze it.  You take it out to thaw the night before you plan to cook it and whalla dinner is made in the crock post and with no mess and no "hmm what should I make for dinner tonight".

We went to Costco and ended up being able to make way more that we originally planned but here are all of the meals.  The recipes are coming bare with me people!
